  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, including orders that contain incorrect pricing or product information due to human or technical error.

D. Custom Orders 

 

  • For Custom Sewn Orders, production time is estimated at 2 weeks as specified in our Shipping Policy. This timeline is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

  • Custom orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping and delivery processes are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms laid out in the Shipping Policy regarding processing times, rates, international duties, and handling of lost/damaged packages.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Our policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review this policy prior to making a purchase.
