We hope you love your purchase from Le Pasefika Boutique! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit, exchange, or refund subject to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of the original delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.

Tags: Items must have all original tags and labels attached.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, if applicable.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase or your order number is required.
2. Items Exempt from Returns (Final Sale)
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

Discounted Items: Items marked as "Sale," "Clearance,".
3. Return Process

Initiate Return: To start a return, please email our customer service team at onlinesales@lepasefikaboutique with the following information:

Receive Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, send you an email with return shipping instructions and the return address: P.O.Box 82 | Wai'anae, HI | 96792.

Ship Item: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item or a defective item).

Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Refunds (Processing)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.

If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or provided as Store Credit within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 6. Exchanges

If an item is Defective or Damaged: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (not related to shipping damage, which is covered under our Shipping Policy). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at onlinesales@lepasefikaboutique.com for instructions.

For Sizing/Preference Exchanges: We generally recommend following the return process for a refund/store credit and placing a new order for the desired size or item, as our inventory changes quickly.
